摘要

本研究探讨了L-精氨酸(L-Arg)和L-肉碱(LC)单独或联合补充对50周龄公鸡的血液参数、脂质过氧化、睾丸组织结构、繁殖性能和激素水平的影响。32只阿里安品种(Arian breed)的肉鸡种鸡被随机分为四个实验组:1)对照组(CON);2)日粮中添加150毫克/千克L-肉碱;3)日粮中添加500毫克/千克L-精氨酸;4)日粮中同时添加75毫克/千克L-肉碱和250毫克/千克L-精氨酸。睾丸组织分析显示,L-肉碱组中的丙二醛水平显著低于其他组(P < 0.05)。日粮中添加150毫克/千克L-肉碱后,生精小管直径、生精上皮厚度、小管间结缔组织体积以及精子生成指数均显著增加(P < 0.05)。摄入L-精氨酸和L-肉碱混合日粮的公鸡FSH和睾酮浓度也更高(P < 0.05)。L-肉碱组 impurity levels in the LC group were significantly reduced compared to the other treatment groups (P ?
