随着全球人口老龄化加剧,年龄相关疾病的发病率持续攀升,衰老已成为驱动多种病理过程的核心因素。在免疫学领域,免疫衰老(Immunosenescence)细胞间通讯(Cell–Cell Communication, CCC)的紊乱被公认为衰老的重要标志。这种紊乱往往形成一个恶性循环:衰老的免疫细胞(尤其是髓系细胞)会分泌大量的炎性因子,形成衰老相关分泌表型(Senescence-Associated Secretory Phenotype, SASP),进而引发全身性的慢性低度炎症(即“炎性衰老”,Inflammaging)。这种炎症状态不仅无法有效清除病原体,反而会进一步抑制效应免疫细胞(Effector Immune Cells, EICs,如T细胞、NK细胞)的功能,导致免疫监视能力下降,增加感染和肿瘤风险。
